Oh, hello there. I guess you want to know who I am. I mainly create ambient music and voice act here on NG. Occasionally youll see me produce some silly animation or game. If you want to chat or something, send me a spanky danky PM. *Sig by Magical-Zorse*

I decided to do something thats a bit different from my usual ambient stuff... I did some DJING wooooaaaa.

Yeah so, apparently I am a DJ now... I was hired to DJ at a local club recently and have been improving on my DJ SKILLZ YO. If you wanna listen to it and give me some comments on this hour long Drum n Bass, Elektro, Dubstep mix, then hover over the link below and be all like CLICKETY CLICK and stuff.

Download 320KBps 50MB Woo Woo

Comments appreciated guys. Let me know what you think! I was really enjoying messing around and decided to finally record it... Just do yourself a favor n listen with headphones, because my reciting abilities aren't exactly "speaker quality". Yeah that's right, it sounds like shit on speakers lol. Live and learn I guess.

This is a short news post... thats... strange for me. HMM. Maybe I should type like, 500 more paragraphs like I usually do.

Anyway, lemme know what you guys think! It's not split into tracks so err, sorry bout that... If you guys like this I'll post links to future mixes. Here is me on my shitty mixer... but actually, I kind of like it. Its a piece of shit but an awesome extra interface for effects and stuff. If only those discs were tits...

Im a DJ Now or Something... Oh, and Here is a Recording

So, I have been working pretty hard on a progressive ambient experimental album for the past year. It is going to have ten tracks that span across an hour and twenty minute time period. Each track tells a different story through music. These stories are not necessarily literal, but are conveyed through emotions felt by the listener. In other words, it is all about the listeners perspective. I am attaching a literal short story with the album, however. It is about 15 pages long and is about a man who slowly goes insane by letting everything inside his mind become his reality, slowly realizing that life is just a dream for him and nothing ever truly existed.

Anyway, I have been seriously thinking here... does money truly matter for a project like this? My main concerns are if people will enjoy it. I don't care about the money, I just want people to feel things from it. I want to be able to express my thoughts through music, and in order for me to share these expressions with as many people as possible, I don't think it would be wise for me to charge for the album. It is a very serious album and means a lot to me, so I am creating a series of physical copies that will be sold for $10 each, but I am wondering if I should charge for electronic copies.

So, here is my question:

Should I charge for electronic copies? I was thinking of a name-your-own-price-past-$8 or something. I was also thinking of a name-your-own-price-past-$0 in case people wanted to do a bit of donating to help support my work.

Here is a track that will be on the album. I worked on it for about 5 months. ***Please play it in HD! :D***

.
/* */
Thanks for those who support my music and stuff. This new track means a lot to me. I put in a lot of emotion into it.

*My music album "N" is coming out in the next few months... I have composed 16 minutes worth of unreleased content in the past month, so I apologize for not releasing anything to the portal in a while. I have been working very hard on this album, so hopefully you guys will enjoy it! It is based off a short story I wrote about the deep, inside thoughts of a man taking over his reality. Here is the track list in order of appearence:

Ironesque Valley of Lost Existence (16:17)
Good Morning Baby (8:07) *Not the one on NG*
Into the Eclipse (7:49)
Breathe With Me (8:17)
Crowds (6:40)
Ruby Moon (4:36)
Firefly (??)
Daggers in the Snow (??)
Centipede Love (??)
Life is Just a Dream (??)

Stay tunes for an update! If you want a sample of ironesque valley... send me a pm :)

Here is a little teaser from the short story:

"Their arms twisted and coiled around the valley, laughing as they toyed with the memories it once contained. There was a time when the valley was a place called "home". The sound of children playing, dogs barking, and people chatting about daily business was now replaced with a deep, iron gargle that caused my body to shiver in excruciating gestures. I felt pain. I watched my life being tossed away like garbage, as if nothing ever existed. Everything that I had loved, or liked, or touched, or laughed with, or experienced, or had, or lost, or forgotten vanished forever into embers that climbed towards the grey, ironesque sky. I had never ventured outside of the valley. I never had the guts to see the world until now, when it was far to late. The entire world was melting away into a single, everlasting abyss that slowly began to take over my life. As I stood upon the rocky cliffs, I watched as they waited. They waited for me to jump, they waited for me to accept that there was nothing I could ever do to change reality. I turned around and sank into the darkness that waited for me inside the mountain. The only place I had to go was the cave. This was my home now."

I need to edit the above paragraph a bit, but you get the idea. I hope you guys like my album when it comes out! It has taken me a little over a year to make and I have learned so much along the way.

Hey there audio guys and gals! Do you think you have what it takes to be on an album, but have never had the chance to put one together yourself? Do you think you need more experience, and want to learn a lot from other artists? Do you to simply be involved in a giant newgrounds audio collaboration and have loads of gooey musical fun? Then read on!

A month ago or so, I created a thread with an idea. With the help of multiple people on the forums, this idea sprouted into a full blown project! Now I am typing up this thread in hopes that we can get people to join this massive collaboration.

Basically, we are making an album to be sold in the NG store, and other places as well! To do this, we want YOU to create a brand spankin new song that shows your true talent!

This album will be split up into 4 neatly organized pack containing 2CDs each. Each pack will be sold separately, and will revolve around a certain set of genres that go very well with eachother and are enjoyed together. Here is a list of what each pack will look like:

- Heartwarming, serious themed pack based around the orchestral, folk, jazz, solos, and classical genres."
- Upbeat, dance/grindcore themed pack based around Dubstep, Drum N Bass, progressive, and trance."
- Hardcore, brutal themed pack based around metal, rock, face melters, and others."
- Chill, visual themed pack based around ambient, pop, drone, 8-bit, and experimental/glitch.

We are covering practically every genre out there, even if I didn't type it up on the list above, so we are giving EVERYONE a chance at getting on this album! It is a massive feat, but once all of this is said and done we will have over 100 songs, spread amongst an 8CD collection mastered, put together, and stacked all neat and tidy in some box to be watched over by the big man himself, Tom Pulp.

This project will not only give you a chance at producing your best work yet, but it will allow you to give and receive critique within the audio community! Make friends, gain experience, get yourself out there, and most importantly, have fun!

THIS THREAD IS FOR SIGNING UP! If you want to sign up, simply make a post in that thread, and I will PM you with a link to a private website, along with the password for that site! Make sure you understand what's going on before jumping into it all willy nilly though! Don't worry, a full list of rules can be found very clearly on the link I will send to you. The rules aren't all that specific. I am just giving everyone simple time limits and other clarifications. You have all the creative freedom you will ever want in this project!

You broskillets probably have lots of questions and stuff... so if you do, please read the top of the most recent page in The Discussion Thread. You can find all the info on the album there! You can also help out with discussion on how the project can be carried out... although we have basically everything covered so far. We do need judges and people to get this project out there though!

IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO JOIN THIS PROJECT, PLEASE MAKE ONE POST IN THE SIGNUP THREAD TO SIGN UP.

P.S. The deadline for this project is October 23rd, so you have PLENTY of time! Go ahead and sign up though so I can start handing out tickets to the show or whatever. ;)

Thanks guys, and good luck everyone! Our goal is to get AT LEAST 6 pages of signups! So far we have nearly 4. Hopefully we can reach that goal... tell everyone you know... that can mske music that is lol.

Hey guys! I am really proud to announce that I am working with the Newgrounds Audio community to create a series of albums that contain all sorts of music crafted from the talented composers here on Newgrounds, for Newgrounds! Once we the A-OK from Fom Tulp, the owner of this crazy site, we will put them up on the store for anyone who wants to listen to the true audio talent this site has to offer. All money made from the project will go towards charity, since there are so many people helping with this project and splitting the money to everyone would get each person just enough money to get a breakfast combo at Dennies.

With the help of audio composers, we are going to create four albums based around something like this:

- A heartfelt instrumental album based around the orchestral, solos, and classical genres.

- An Upbeat Eelctronica album based around Dubstep, Drum N Bass, progressive, and trance.

- An angry face melter album based around metal, rock, and other heavy genres.

- A chill visual album based around ambient, pop, drone, 8-bit, and experimental/glitch.

We are still deciding if we should do hip-hop or not, since that album was already covered by tingtonger and friends. There are many things we have to decide, in fact, so if you want to be a part of the discussion then jump on into the thread! Please read it, however, or you might get confused! I started putting a summary on page 4, so look for that summary post to read the entire thread quickly ;)

Once that "Discussion Thread" is over with, we will begin on creating the first contest for the first album! This contest will have it's own thread and I will inform everyone accordingly when it is created. It will have easy to follow rules and judging criteria, so no need to worry about that. These contest will decide who will be put on each album! Right now, we are getting this thing started. Come on into the discussion thread and help us decide how we should carry it out.

This project is escalating quickly, and I think that it should have a wonderful turnout with the support from everyone! So come on in and help support the audio community, as it is vastly underrated and deserves some attention. Plus, this will be a great project for the audio community as a whole. It should really bring everyone together to collaborate and create. Those who don't get in will learn from the critiques they receive, and make better songs in the future.

COME ON IN AND JOIN US! :D

I decided to do a bit of social networking and make my very own soundcloud. Since I am creating my first ambient album, I decided to do a bit of promoting and sign up for the site. I have heard some good things from it, so hopefully it will be worth it!

My album is coming along smoothly. I recently just finished a 14 minute long track and will be working on the next few tracks so I can tie it all up in some fancy, gay bows and ribbons. Each song in this album is part of a short story I wrote about a man who lives in a valley where iron arms curl around the city he lives in, slowly devouring it. Its like a surreal post apoclyptic world. It is symbolic for many things that we experience in our every day lives, such as love, hate, joy, stress, e.t.c. The short story will be about 8 pages long. I will post up the story soon, along with a link to buy a hard copy of my album.

The album will have a total of 10 tracks, each about 7 - 9 minutes long. The hard copy of the album will include the short story I mentioned, hand written against a painted background. The album will have some goodies that come with it, and it will be for sale for $10. I really would appreciate anyone who will support me on this, as I do need money for Ramen and College lol. If you want to hear a sample of my work, check out my song Breathe With Me and Into The Eclipse.

Thanks for all of your support guys! :D

***There was a live broadcast with lots of music from Newgrounds earlier today, but it has ended. Come back every sunday or visit this thread for more info if you want to check it out next time!***

Hey guys! EchozAurora put together this weekly broadcasting thing. If you want to come see a few of us audio users broadcast some music right now, come on in and chat with us! Live video feed with music. There will be free candy... maybe.

Who knows, maybe your music will be on there! So far we have featured SBB, KingBastard, Sinrider, Tome89, and many more! There will also be interviews of some guys! ... *including me cause im an attention whore*

So, I did some voice acting in this new game thing called Reimagine :the game: or something. You should go play it right meow and hear me sing about double rainbows. I'm just faggot enough to pull it off apparently. I'm so fly, like a G7... oh yeah gurl.

Anyway, on a more nusical note, HAHAHAH PUN, I am working on my musical album quite seriously at the moment. The album is going to take another few months to create, mainly because I barely have any free time to put all my ideas together. Basically, the entire album is a story in musical form that can interpreted in many different ways. I am really curious and excited to read what people see from it. In a literal sense, the album actually has a short story written to it about a guy in a post apocalyptic world searching for life and love. I have the short story written out, but I need to put in all the details. If you ever end up buying the CD, then you will get the story inside the album cover in a cute little booklet! :3

I will be posting up the story soon for those who care. I am almost done with my next ambient song. I have a lot of kinks and brain farts to work out though.

As for animation, Jeff the Dinosaur has been put on hold again. *gee what a surprise* because the animator got a busy paid job working for an animation studio. Ah well, one of these days it will be made.. drawn on a series of napkins stained with BBQ sauce. I am, however, creating a short animation about two old men in a skate park who lust for children. I have the un-edited script written out here. You should totally read it and comment below with, "GOLLY GEE ILL ANIMATE THIS" ... cause I need an animator. I'll give you free cereal!

So stay tuned for a witty animation, some soothing ambiance, and voice acting material.

Rainbows, Music, and Pedophilia.

LOLOL MADE YOU LOOK OH MY LORD IM SUCH A COMICAL GENIUS. No, I'm not leaving. :D

---I am still accepting voice acting requests---

But for realz, I'm not going to be on NG that much for a bit because of school. I need to get a few voice acting scripts done and then im out to focus on some weird shit called "reality" or something. Don't let this make you think I won't be here or anything, I just won't be coming out with many projects for a while. I am focusing on getting at least a 3.5 in a computer science major with a minor in writing. In order to do this I need to stop goofing around with cock jokes and start studying instead. I have been asked to produce music for Machimina and a meditation company, so I need to focus on that as well. I am still working extra hard on my ambient album, but I need to keep certain tracks from newgrounds so people will actually buy it instead of downloading it for free here lol. *I need money for ramen*

I really do appreciate all of you guys and gals who enjoy my music. It really does keep me producing, and I have learned a chunk load of stuff this year so I will be able to produce a lot more quality tracks. Expect more music from me, but not on NG for a bit. When I am done with my album I will put out 3 tracks for free download on NG and then, hopefully, get the rest of the album in the NG store. I got the art almost done for it and over half the songs. It should be fun. Also, I am still finishing up the voice acting contest for those who are wondering. The results will be out in a week.

I will be lurking and posting on the audio forums from time to time, along with chatting it up on facebook, skype, and msn when I can. If you want to talk or something, message me on facebook with a friend request saying "HEY IM A KID FROM NEWGROUNDS" or something so I will know why the hell this random name I have never heard is adding me on facebook. If you want me to help you with whatever, send me a message on facebook and I will tell you if I can voice act, write, or make music for whatever. Most of the time I will be busy, but hey who knows maybe I can say "SCREW YOU PAPER" and scream into a microphone for you or compose some heartwarming tunes.

For now, why not check out my stuff at bandcamp? You can find my album updates there with free, high quality downloads. I still appreciate all the comments you guys leave me, and the criticism as well, and will do my best to respond to them. Thanks again guys, I'll see you around.
