Starts off classic

I always love a song that starts off with this classic beat and then continues on into an original synth and with catchy sounds and a kick ass bass. Woh, 1:48 is orgasmic. That build up is fantastic. This song is great. Great job.

LOL THIS IS AWESOME. I dont even know what to say. The song is a more of a background music thing, not something I would typically listen to on a regular basis because it sounds kind of annoying. However, for a game or movie it would be great and is considered a very well constructed song.

Jazz baby!

I have listened to this song quite a few times. It sounds so live and professional. The bass in the background is wonderful and every instrument just flows so smoothly together. Its like im drifting away ohhh yeeaahhh. You even put in variation, which is a desperate need for songs. This sounded so live and wonderful, nothing generic at all. The tune was addicting. Made me want more.

It was alright!

This is the kind of song you would listen to at a rave. The only thing I noticed was the lack of quality. You had a good idea, but you seemed to go too quickly through it. Try to equalize every sound, put in some filters, put in some different synths and variations. Use different tools to get different effects to make a different song. Make it more original you know?

How did you do this? did you really use a turn table? This would be perfect for a menu loop or something. I might actually use this! Nice, short, and perfect for a flash game. Good job.

Well thank you! No... i cut up 2 different turn table loops and messed with them a little bit. LOL cant believe people like this. But you can use it if you'd like.

Too Loud

Turn down the mastering and make those background drums and bass less intense. The song would be great without all of the overpowering loud noises that disort everything else. Other than that it sounds like a pretty cool song and a nice remix.

Lol bandwagon everyone. Anyway now time for a review.

That piano is wonderful sounding. It really gives the song a large buildup because it gives it so much depth. I loved the reverb and echo effects you added. It sounds so distant. ^This demo sounds like a start to a really nice song, all of it is a buildup so far. What you could do is continue that same deep feeling but with a synth that could just bring tears to your eye. And add a heavy bass and beat to it, as usual.

I cant wait to hear how this deep trance will end up sounding.

I actually like the compression

I normally hate compression, but this song puts it to a whole nother level. I loved the build ups and original beats and synths you composed. Nice variety with instruments. It is always nice to hear a new trance song that isnt generic. That main synth is really epic I love it.

Although I like the compression, you could try doing a filter compression where the compression is slowly turned down throughout the song and so it can end with an absolutely amazing final synth, the same one you used for the main synth, except it is uncompressed. This technique is used by many DJs across the world and it has a fantastic effect if done right. A song ALWAYS compressed sounds very strange and will make weird high pitched noises that we can barely detect, especially in large speakers.

I havent heard a song from you in like FOREVER. I remember your futurama one and I still occasionally listen to it on my Itunes. I love the spacey feelings of your song with that nice groove in the background. I did notice some flaws in this, however. For one the background had some minor crackling and went from left to right in my speakers which made it kind of annoying. it gave it TOO much of a spacey feel you know? Try just mastering the volume of everything. I really enjoyed the rest of this song though. Good job and keep up the good work you crazy music man you.
